To my knowledge the only information that has been communicated regarding trial steps post phase 2a/b is what I mentioned above about 'a trial' in a endemic country. What form that takes I suspect we find out when there's more evidence of efficacy and whether the therapeutic approach is viable.
Assuming 2a results are positive, partnering discussions begin "in earnest" (DFs words), and piggies should bring in a bit more survival cash by March.
