The real test will be if Fortis go all in and reach FID. That will be above any MOU, government grant, presentation talks or dreams.
If they consider this project worthy of being built, that means they have seen Every number we have and they have seen the plant running and our tech will be know to them in absolute detail. Enough detail that they validated it and are going ahead.
