VR-1 was only deepend at very small cost.
FAN South was included in CNE s half yearly...... Released a week before Cop/Wpl deal so WPL would have had no say in the location. I think it points more to CNE hanging on to the operators ship until they find out which way PE will fall and them wanting to prove up as much as possible in preparation for their sell down to fund their share.
If they were that comfortable that WPL were here to stay then why not hand operators ship over and let them get on with it? Simple reason is they are not convinced either.DB.
