Hi KKW the big difference is in the amount of WI retained initially, free carries imply a lower WI which is what FAR have had do do up to now, sharing a percentage the costs on the initial well or wells means retention of a higher WI for FAR ,which of course can be farmed down later if nessessary ..recovering expenses to date would still be part of the mix...being well cashed up gives FAR options it didn't have previously with this lease...
