Yes the brain interpretation circuits work differently in all of us Mr H. We agree the transaction completion was subject to PE (FAR had a right to PE the JV asset).
In terms of the specific language used and the subsequent implications for the method of Senegal government approval it's very important, there was not an actual sale of the JV asset - before and after the transaction completed it was held by the same holding company.
Nothing has really changed at this point so in the interest of mental health of the forum I will stop talking about PE here unless people poke me directly.
