I can't believe that a mechanism as simple as selling the entity containing the asset in order to move the asset and prevent PE has not been covered in the joint venture agreement. I mean its almost infantile. We know very little at this point and it is painful scrolling through all this useless conjecture in order to sift a few useful pieces of information or commentary. We just have to wait,
