it occurred to me a while ago his style of presentation pack on paper is very loaded with detail, I think it’s because he’s a process engineer at heart.

I was pretty happy with the appointment of Richard Beresford in Nov as he clearly has higher level strategic skills and this support will compliment Bahay well perhaps.

in a small tech company setting I would though back a guy who understands the detail over one who’s off in helicopter land. Although his writing style in linked in for example is pretty good, if he just spoke in the same way.
