My understanding is, an extension to the deadline may be granted.
As for those who participated in the convertible note, I don't know who they are but if I had to lay a bet, I believe they will still be feeling confident in the end result.....and I don't just mean the pissy interest they'd be paid out on an unsuccessful transaction scenario.
