Strategic Opportunities
Challenging business conditions as a result of COVID-19 related disruptions, have created a range of potentially attractive corporate opportunities. The Company has identified several relatively small, but potentially strategic acquisition opportunities, which may provide Parkway Minerals with a pathway to near-term revenue generation, whilst concurrently assisting in accelerating the commercialisation of its technology portfolio. It should be noted that these discussions are at a relatively early stage, and there can be no certainty on the type of transaction, if any, which may arise as a result of ongoing or any future discussions.

I could be reading it wrong, but it sounds like some businesses getting squeezed by COVID might be open to acquisition. Every cloud etc etc. Something that rakes in a bit of near-term cash and accelerates commercialisation of Parkway tech. ? . Almost sounds too good to be true.

Focus has been on capability of aMES rather than pursuit of customers - I'll be surprised if there are any customer(potential) announcements before the Pilot plant has fronted up for the PFS.

Early September looks good, but must be contingent on procurement. The build seems quick and it's great that they're working on modular design where possible. Hopefully, the run-in testing will only highlight problems of the easy-fix variety.

They're talking to CSG companies, but I get no sense of what's required for the IBC tech to scale up and be commercial. They're shifting the IBC pilot plant to their Uni office, but will IBC be plumbed into the new pilot plant or will that just be aMES? Is the IBC pilot a bit large and useful or is it a bench-top model that's due for a revamp?
