The way I interpret that part of the announcement is that they have identified certain elements within the supply chain of their aMES process that may be falling on tough times due to the pandemic. As you say, it may provide an opportunity for an acquisition that benefits both that company (hopefully they can retain all of the staff) as well as Parkway.
