Even on "no deal" and a removal from the ASX, it doesn't mean Max and the crew will stop looking. I believe they'll just keep going on but without the formal appearance on the ASX with the big capital "S" next to our name.
My understanding is, should they strike a deal, the application back on to the ASX is just as fiddly, costly and time consuming, as it is coming out of such a lengthy suspension as we've had and getting re-complying approval.
