Anyone have any idea if the convertible notes were actually issued or was there just a commitment from investors?
If they were issued, what was the issue date?

If they are converted to ordinary shares at 50% discount to CR price (as per the ann) does this imply that whoever does convert then becomes the majority SH of JKA?

$520k / $3200k MC = 16.25% (At current SP) × 50% discount they could become a holder with 32.5% stake??

is this correct? I'm corona'd out... beer not virus..
