The 520k is truly baffling. Surely that party were privy to some additional information on a good lead or project they had on the radar otherwise why would they take the risk. While the subscription was announced back in late December, surely they had to have been talking for a month or so beforehand to asses it? And the notes announcement was a full month before the Gold deal entered negotiations in late Jan so hopefully there is something else that is still up their sleeve and pending imminent news.
Then again it might all be wishful thinking on my part and could have just as easily been the JKA and the other parties loose lips and cheeky nods down at the pub with the Volta mob sitting at the next table in disbelief at the deal they just stumbled upon.
