I'm not sure I agree, Hawker.
Anything new requires patience. Indeed, the more novel the product, the more cautious businesses are going to be in adopting it.
I think it is about weighing the inevitability of the requirement for the product.
I think the propensity to require solutions in the treatment of waste (in this case water) will just increase over time and something that may seem novel now, will likely be generally accepted practice in the future.
And that is where the value proposition lies in investing in Parkway at the ground floor.
My opinion only, of course.
