I hear you, Mer. And I don't disagree.
My thinking is that this may be a slower burn than first thought, but will still have the same finishing point regardless.
Of course we'd all like Bahay to sign a $20M deal today.
My point would be that any change in sentiment in the mining industry will just add further credence to Parkway's offering.

For me it is just this formula...
Considering what we are seeing being built in a relatively short time at Parkway, what are the percentage chances that:
    1. In two years time this will be half the value it is now
    2. In two years time this will be the same it is now
    3. In two years time this will be worth a considerable more than it is now.

I know the percentage I put on:
    1. to be as close to zero as it could be
    2. to be approximately 30%
    3. to be approximately 70%.

My belief is that the downside is very limited, and the upside is enormous.

Mer, I remember you posting from way back when I began buying in January.
Without trawling back through old messages, I had the feeling you were always positive about Parkway. I know it has been a longer road than everybody has imagined, but for me, I'm sticking with it through thick and thin. I haven't sold a single share!
I hope you manage to keep the faith!
