Based on tidbits dropping out of PWN, I think the SP and timeframe expectations were reasonable. The water processing MOU for instance - generated some hope and then it's gone . . .
It seems this year has been given over to the company expansion and that it's a vital component of winning a contract.
So, are they there yet? Have they reached the point where PWN(Plus Worley etc if needed) could hold up their end of a new-tech contract - design, supply chain, construction, support, whatever. Have they nailed down agreements for whatever tricky components(membranes etc) they need to bring forth the iBC and aMES magic?
