All I see is that if a mining licence is granted then they will acquire it, if not then you won't acquire it, so officially just now all you have is a right to buy

1 - at what cost?
2 - where is the money coming from? or will it be shares?
3 - there is still a minimum spend by 19th April next year of ~$1.4m AUD otherwise you lose the rights to the tenement, this has already been extended by 2 years from a force majeure clause

You seem to be on the phone with Nic quite a lot, maybe you should ask him about this and get back to us.........

As I've said in the past the Moz tenement is a bucket holding the SP back, cast it adrift and concentrate on the Garnet and the SP might actually increase, there are too many costs and unknowns with the Moz tenements in my view for people to invest

just enjoy the incoming rerate with us on the back of ( possible/likely ) company making results, then we can wrestle with your concerns regarding Moz

you should have rolled in with us during the accumulation phase we have witnessed the past two months, its not too late mate..
