SoA seems to have 6 X 100 ton barges (going by the ones frozen in the harbour photo)

TIG is about to get 2 brand new 500 ton barges. So I imagine the preferred loading will be the two new barges and the smaller barges are available for loading as well. You would expect with a few more of these 500 ton barges some considerable damage can be done on the output side..

severe weather had impacts but plenty in reserve and enough to load and port loading will improve as the weather improves, but the stripping seems to be done also, so maximum efficiencies at mine and port but the road is the big question.. it causes the biggest issues..

no downtime by management wasted on road shows which means all focus on the job at hand..
