Absolutely. Alternative funding will be required, all else being equal. Owing to neg cash flows and/or cash margins they wont be able to source debt so they'll need a CR as previously mentioned.
The real pain is going to be felt next qtr if prices remain where they are. I cant see how they'll generate more that $70M in ebitda this qtr. I think the SP will most likely retrace back to $0.60 or around it if they cut divs.
