    A company doesn't need a robust feasibility when its principal means of validating the project is to poo-poo every other company in the same space and ramp the market cap by tossing a few hundred shares around between mates.. Because everyone knows that if a pre-production company has a really big market cap and a large board full of names it means the project is really good.
