Yes, lack of liquidity does make investing in SP3 a bit of a challenge.

And yes, I did participate in the placement to support the company's growth aspirations.

(And while I have been allocated placement stock, it hasn't been ratified by shareholders yet, so I guess my position is not yet "Held", but more like "Notionally Held" or "Held, Pending"... although HotCopper doesn't make those options available ).
