MLX share about $120 m before borrowing. Does not all have to be found at once. That is over 2-3 years plant construction. Its for a bit down the track. Before a year is out MLX will be clearing $50 mill, poss. more then a while after that, maybe $70 mill plus a year. APAC would have no trouble raising their share. All the planning work has been done. MLX could borrow half that and the 'tail itself would pay out the loan very quickly.
