re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report - 31 Dec... I think the Tambo Coal & Gas Project is the main game (Lodestone believes the TCGP in the Upper Surat Basin to be a new energy province in Queensland). The funds raised by the strategic placement to Square Resources (a venture capital fund looking at a range of projects, predominantly in coal and mostly in Australia and backed by former Macquarie Bank Banking and Property Group head Bill Moss) will be used to accelerate the exploration program for this project.

The Independent Export report on the acquisitions will be included in the materials required for the Extraordinary General Meeting proposed to be held in March and should shed some light on your concerns.
