i see it in a slightly different way
the majority of shareholders are underwater
as soon as there is a rise, the many stale holders see it as an exit
it will take a major event to break this mindset
and serious buyers to enter the mix
with the underlying sentiment the way it is
i am very surprised that nobody has tried to take them over
