Yes they are going to have to pay for that acquisition, but to me it seems they are still going to be operationally in the red

By my calcs - 2,800k in the bank, paying 600k for 3CT plus some legal and other costs and you are looking at a starting point closer to ~$2,000k......and then you have the loan from EGP which is due for repayment by the end of this year. This is where they should focus rather than trying to convince punters rather than a few paragraphs on how good Dec was......it seems unlikely that they will get to next Dec on 2m in revenues per quarter....that number needs to be closer to $3m (and recurring revenues actually was marginally down...why is not clear).

Agree mate between the loan repayment & acquisition it'll be $2 million gone from that bank by December.... Some nice questions unanswered that maybe Gerard can help us with on investor call next week ( He admitted to reading Hotcopper last time out so should answer them). Just seems like things will get very tight again with cash and be a rinse and repeat....

Not sure what it is but the business model they just can't get right to generate positive cashflow...??
