The way I see it there would be two ways to get Cannon up and running:
- An existing operator with spare milling capacity. This would mean that they already have to expertise in all facets we need or
- A mining contractor who can source access to a mill.
Either way we cant dictate the way things are done to any great extent.
My thinking is that the best deal we could do apart from an outright sale is a 50:50 split with the incoming operator funding everything and running the show.
Just an opinion as we wont know until the deal is done.
