Staff cost for current qtr seemed higher than normal at 628K, (year cost 870K) however estimate for next qtr staff cost back down to 300k. What happened in the current qtr? or is next quarter underestimated?"
I will take a guess.

They did a lot of work of WE during the qtr. Tony Cortis and various other consultants would have been used to refine the detail and plans on that.
