Where do you get your information that there's only 4 FTE people working excluding directors?

I would suggest unless you have something in writing or have inside information, that you strike off your post because this is unsubstantiated conjecture.

Again - COO, at least 3 in the food group, geologist. That's 5. Wait - sales & marketing director, 6. And that's assuming there are no extra staff for the food group to assist with production, packing, sales and distribution nor extra for skin care development etc.

Are you really suggesting there are 4 FTE staff that all earn (on an annualised full time basis) more than the directors?
