" 50-80% dilution" and "sometime before the situation is clarified" - OMG - definitely a "leprosy list company" (untouchable at any price).
The management failure is almost unforgivable but so too is the very sloppy analysts covering the stock who so heavily promoted the stock and supported the CR at the now aspirational price of 42c per share. The analysts companies are of course, "very angry" with management and demanded explanations etc etc .... while treating their "clients" like mushrooms ... but what can one expect from stock promoters posing as investment advisors ??
