The CEO gets paid 600K, The CFO gets paid 500k, The Chairman who is a part timer gets paid 300k, General Manager 500k and few directors just to put their name out gets paid 60K. It is a farting elephant which pays this well. Look at few juniors and compare their remuneration. (Dont compare the return they create for shareholders, it will give you nightmare) You should not be amazed if there are few more million free shares issued to themselves.
