How long will raising prices for your best customers keep the ship afloat.
That part of the model is starting to concern me.

US customers must know that elsewhere users just buy one for $XX. Huge pipeline supposedly and nothing coming through. Why?
They have certainly had long enough to get sales increasing but just not working.

Churn is now 3%. It used to be under 2%. So it has doubled. Still not big numbers but why is it increasing?

All this with the benefit of exchange rates as well.

Smoke and Mirrors and poor US sales. Worse than I thought it would be.
