There will always be churn rates no mater what is said. Who knows, maybe previous SOZO sold were not quality clients like they don't generate much revenue. It is indeed a poor US sales as expectations were high for this Qtr. If they don't improve US sales by next QTR, I don't know what else can they tell. Having said that, I believe the critical mass on 25 states could be a turning point. Previous management gave very high hope but that was unrealistic. Why even hire all those sales people when most insurance weren't covering it yet. They just wasted money. Anyway, just venting my frustration with IPD but critical mass coverage is key and this will make hospitals confident they will get reimbursed.
