They need to keep at a minimum 2 quarters cash buffer before questions will be asked. Given their expenses are 7million a quarter excluding The lumpy revenue offset. It would be prudent to have 7 million cash buffer at all times. Therefore unless sales dramatically ramp up next quarter they really only have realistically 2-3 quarters before they pull the trigger on CR. No firm sales forecasts available so it’s just a wing and a prayer situation. Doubt very much they will be avoiding a CR as sales growth is just far too disappointing… CR will be rolled out with the usual spin on capital required for growth avenues into other areas.
