@SBates that is correct. in the post NCCN pricing we were told $2500 per month, at a Minimum of $146 that's 18 patients per month or 1 a day. That can be a combination of new and existing patients. I would think that is achievable for facilities/clinic's 100% focussed on BC. Other facilities with multiple focusses could have a lower starting price. Lower prices to start was always the existing B model. Just using 56000 tests from 2 quarters ago and estimate 60% to USA and 40% ROW. 33600 * min $146 = $4905600 we only get 2M of that. anyone that can do 2 patients a day has a nice additional income and remember one customer is paying 5K a month they are going that good.
The big change now is reimbursement is happening in 13 states @ 80% coverage. So there is opportunity in those states now to achieve the above for these facilities. The 4c indicated the facilities they are targeting. There is 2 years worth of cash in the bank and the door is now wide open for business.
I understand the Biden administration have opened up the purse strings for Medicare advantage in the USA by 3.7%. Which is good for the whole healthcare complex and existing and new employment in those sectors, keeps everyone happy, insurers, hospitals etc.
