one left on RV's watch ...... reps leave - we could blame Rick and culture and lack of ability to earn money ....... or we could say 1 rep left ..... you get turnover of reps in every busy ....... I will go with turnover....... if we had 3 or 4 reps leaving within a 6 month period then we have a mgt and culture problem ...... my point was - the reps aren't selling ..... there is no other way to say it ...... the reps aren't selling ..... have to ask why? ??? mgt , culture , sales territory planning , execution, market demand isn't there , NCCN guidelines aren't worth the paper they are written on..... or maybe it takes time for industry change ...... lots of reasons - we didn't know why under RV and Tim ..... and I'm giving new mgt 2 qtrs to let us know .....
