If you are assuming next to no increase in sales, then that maybe the case. Whilst the board are new, the operational are not. So far the feedback we have been given is that sales have a 6-month lead time. Given they want to revise the market approach, I think this would be achievable in that time frame and that discounts anything in the existing sales pipeline.
I have a different view, so to each their own.
