What would you do if you owned either a Company or your own Private Enterprise, if some dude whom has basically no association with your Business (apart from owning a very minimal part of the Company), was attempting the same antics?

1. Take them to court
2. Buy them out
3. Throw them out the door with the bath water
4. Attempt to liaise with the said person and or go to mediation (that's somewhat been done and dusted)
5. ........... and so on

I know what I would do.
How do you know he hasn't crossed the line anyway, I don't, just putting it out there
