Yes they need to raise cash. More likely later this year IMO.
They are just not selling enough machines in the USA - the increase from 13 - 23 came from expansion in 3 groups. New sites are stalled.
Thankfully there was enough foresight to raise when they did. Next CR is going to be devastating unless they get their act together.
