    I make it $6m spent in the quarter, less the $600k "one-offs"

    I'll say 4 quarters, allowing for other "one-offs", which makes a CR a bit more urgent.

    I may be a little more conservative that you, but I've learned that "Cash is King", so I'd rather raise now and have it in the bank at 6cents than take the risk on sales improving and get bitten if that doesn't work out.
