quick points re the cash ..

at bank $24.6m

cash burn ( after taking out last one off of severance pays $600k ) $4.1m

makes 6 qtrs ..

unknown factor to impact this is how quick sales and top line revenue can increase.. I'm not expecting it to increase to G'tee no CR required.. we all have to wait and see what happens from the new operating model and go from there.. but with all the work now being done and continuing.. including the very very important work re medical education ... top line will be increasing.. just this qtr TCV signed increased by 54% from Q3 and thats not with a large sales number... get some larger numbers thru combined with contracts renewing on new rates at 40% increase and this plus ARR will grow accordingly ... yes we need more but that number is achieved before results really have started to ramp up and come thru from work done.. the unknowns are just how fast and large this can increase as we go ..

Sept 4c anticipated further increases all round ( not cash burn lol ) and then more in Dec 4C .. Dec Qtr is the first one that will give all new Co operations/activity over 6 months of running full steam to see what they can deliver .. for that we have to stay tuned..

and that is what I'm pumped about.. the opportunity here is still immense.. quality management and work needed to achieve it..

for me thats what we now have ..

I'll say 4 quarters, allowing for other "one-offs", which makes a CR a bit more urgent.

I may be a little more conservative that you, but I've learned that "Cash is King", so I'd rather raise now and have it in the bank at 6cents than take the risk on sales improving and get bitten if that doesn't work out.
