Institutions will take up most of the stock in a CR. Do you really think they will let the share price will go up between now and then?
There is only one likely direction.
Unless there is a miracle, and yes there could be one that moves the SP, the SP will just drift lower.
Personally I'm not a believer in miracles.
The risk is they wait for the miracle which doesn't deliver the hoped for boost and raise when they have no choice. This could happen just as money becomes tight - during a global recession perhaps.
Disaster.
