There is enough evidence to apply for an Australia Medicare code and that has been mentioned before.
As below there is an outsized benefit to the NSW Health system and not enough to IPD.
It's not clear if below covers all cancers or just BCRL - but if only for BCRL then avoided health costs will increase even more.
As part of the strategic review I expect this is been looked at and will be compared against all the other possible revenue generators.
September is not far away.
