I wonder how much the accumulated Tax Losses are worth - in the right hands & structure ?
Total accumulated losses of some 71 Mill up to June 30 2021
add another 10 - 15 mill + for FYI 2022 ( subject to accounting treatments )
Some of these losses go back a long time - so not sure how much is / can be preserved
at lease 20-30 mill worth I suspect
Some companies ( the shifty ones ) account for tax losses as assets that be offset against future income - so assume a corporate tax rate of say 28-30 % - the off set value against profits could be argued to be worth 5-10 mill ( 2-5 times the current share price ?? )
I'm not an accountant - but any one who is might be able to clarify .
Lots to understand yet about his situation I suspect .
As regards the Phase 1 results vs the Phase 2 results - still lots of un answered questions in my book .
Similarly with the quarterly just issued - ref statement of Cash flows - Massive variances in Budget Vs Actual .
