gross margins 30% , how high will this go and plateau? If its 50-65%, dont expect a profit for a very long time. Which is fine by the market for now.

SaaS companies have gross margins of 70-80% plus, most dont make big money, this isnt Saas, and is being valued like one at approx 10x revenues. forward multiples compress to 5x revenues assuming growth rate declines moderately.

Having said that i hold some stock, because of the great revenue growth. Top line story at the moment, but zero bottom line, just break even coy.

I guess they dont really need the realtor.com to achieve great revenue growth. There must be sufficient channels to market the mortgage products into.
