    Nope
    just the ceo

The problem is that its a small company
So a small team, so the implications of sacking a CEO (senior manager) has amplified emotional and motivating factors
Once you churn one team member in a small team, you need to rebuild the whole team
    That takes skill
If you go back, you will see that was my initial concern with "the spill" and the churning of the senior managers

The current lot just churned everyone, which is one way to deal with the small team issue but costly, time-consuming and expensive
Thats one reason I think they are "amateurs" and "corporate clowns" - I don't think they really understand what they're doing.
It's not necessary to churn everyone; it just causes more uncertainty, destroys motivation, and translates into results.

A good manager/leader doesn't need to churn the team
A good leader can lead, listen, address uncertainty, build trust and motivate so they don't need to churn staff
A good manager takes the staff they have, builds trust, motivates them and gets the most out of them
and gets tangible results. If people leave its not because they are fired or removed; its other personal reasons

Re the sales team - refer to Austin's points on motivating and supporting the sales staff - do you think that's been happening?
