Can you expand on where you think the sales revenue model is broken?

It seems to me that something is a barrier to adoption. No honesty from management and those close enough to know what this is. So can we please explore your concerns about the sales model further?

Like you I think local contacts are critical - my experience shows business is often done, and is more easily done based on relationships, which take time (years) to build - so hard to start from scratch. That's what I liked about the last lot, and one of my concerns about this new lot.
