    Yes we're all feeling the better times - not!

    The "badly timed" cap raise has saved this company and the new lots Ar--!
    I thought it was needed and well-timed - you seldom get the peak.

    How do you think the loan is going to be repaid?
    How many units do they have to sell to pay that loan back?
    The only way the loan will get paid back is with a capital raise!

    You voted for new management with no local contacts and relationships - thank god for the new guy - arrives 18 months later

    And now we hear from "Two Dags" that they are busy spending more time, cash, and effort on development - bad idea!!

    The share price is where it is because the market has no confidence
    Management needs to stay focused and support the sales team (Austin's point 1) to break even ASAP. This sure seems to be missing.

    Two Dags calling the "massive destruction of shareholder wealth" a 'small hiatus' is quite the understatement, don't you think?
