Well, he seems to be the problem.
He's extracting a prognoses on a wider problem of over use of technology and applying it to a single issue.
1: he's right, you can diagnose lymphoedema with a tape measure. however, the whole idea of using Soza is to prevent the disease before it becomes symptomatic.
2: to say that its a problem that doesn't exist suggest he probably doesn't treat many cancer sufferers.
3: let me guess, He's a white male Dr 50 years +

If he had bothered to do a little reading he would see that preventing disease is Sozas primary use and why it will become standard of care.
But if he's happy to use a tape measure go for it, don't bother testing for bowel cancer either along with all the other tests that can now prevent per-clinical disease becoming chronic or indeed fatal.

I would suggest you find another Dr if I was you.
