    The issue is (and has always been) who polices the internet (which is essentially where these VPNs operate).

    This was always going to be the case and I've been saying it for months so I don't understand why people are so surprised now. It may happen eventually but like I said earlier it was never going to be the quick fix that the company would have you believe.
