They've rebranded to a company that has a portfolio of tech businesses. They have Biztrak, website looks a little empty because of it. I'm guessing they're planning to acquire pretty soon?
They should focus on getting Biztrak to profitability first, it's probably going to happen in FY26. I would then look to sell it and buy something more scalable with better margins.
The dilution will be pretty big if they raise at this valuation. Retail shareholders will get the worst of it. One major shareholder agreeing to a raise and they'll go for it i believe.
